Initial Required Documentation

Following is a list of documents required for us to get an initial snapshot of your situation.  This is a preliminary list so other documents may be requested after our initial review. You will receive an email from us with a link to your private Dropbox file where you can upload your documents.

Proof of Income

  • If you are self-employed or own your business, please provide a copy of your business registration or license, your most recently filed tax return, current profit and loss statement for past 2 months and 2 months most recent bank statements verifying deposits of income.

  • If you are a W2 employee, we need last two month bank statements and paystubs.

  • If you have been awarded child support, social security or retirement income, please provide your award letter and 2 months most recent bank statements showing deposits.

Proof of Housing History

  • We will need verification of your previous 12 months payment history.  This can be in the form of a bank statement, payment ledger, invoiced receipts or canceled checks.

Other Documentation

  • Two forms of personal identification.  A copy of your Drivers License, Passport or any other government-issued identification, ITIN card and a secondary item such as a credit card or birth certificate.

  • A signed copy of our authorization disclosure that we need for verification of rental history.

  • Proof of authorization to work in the US if not a US citizen or permanent resident.
